What is Airea51 Membership Program?

• Membership types & Fees:

Their membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months with automatic monthly payments. These payments are taken from the card used for registration and subsequent payments are processed monthly. If you cancel your membership after the first 3 months, you may do so with prior notice. For Fixed Term memberships, a 50% refund of unused fees is available. Additionally, missed payments may incur an administration fee of £20.

• Membership Usage & Frequency:

As a member, you can enjoy one session per day and you’re free to visit every day. However, each visit is limited to one session. Off-peak term time sessions occurs before 3pm, which are available for members. It is important to follow the correct procedure when booking each session to ensure a smooth experience.

• Cancellation & Termination:

After the minimum 3-month period, you can cancel your membership by emailing Airea51 before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel within 14 days of joining, a full refund is possible. If payments are missed or if the membership is misused, Airea51 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.

What are Airea51 Cancellation &Refund Policy?

About Cancellation:

• For bookings with fewer than 9 jumpers, a credit note will be issued if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. The credit note is valid for 30 days from the cancellation date.
• For group bookings (10 or more jumpers), a 14-day notice is required for a refund. If you cancel within 7 to 14 days, you’ll be offered either a transfer to another date or a credit note valid for 3 months as long as a new date and time are specified.

About Refunds:

• Refunds will only be provided if Airea51 cancels the booking. If this happens, Airea51 will notify you and offer a full refund. However, no other compensation will be provided.
• For bookings made by using gift vouchers, no refunds will be given and they cannot be transferred.
• No refunds will be given due to extreme weather conditions, but Airea51 may offer an alternative date at reduced rates if the booking is affected by such circumstances.

How Airea51 ensure child to stay safe while participating in activities?
At Airea51, safety is of top priority especially for children. All participants must watch their safety video before arriving which explains important rules and guidelines. Upon arrival, they provide a compulsory safety briefing and their court marshals are on hand to supervise and guide participants. Children under 12 must have an adult present on-site for supervision. Additionally, they require all visitors to wear their grip socks, which help to ensure safety while jumping. Parents and guardians must also ensure that their own children follow the safety rules at all times.

Yes, Airea51 takes dietary needs seriously and strives to offer a wide variety of food options for all guests.
