• Large items (sofas, fridges, etc.): For large home-delivered items, a £30 collection charge will apply, unless the product is faulty. These cannot be returned to stores. The collection fee is waived if the item is defective.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If your item is faulty or damaged, they will cover the return shipping costs. You can choose from a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on your preference and the condition of the item.
• If the item is damaged or missing parts, you can also explore their spare parts website or contact them for assistance.

Refunds:
