• UK Next Day Delivery: £7.99–£8.99, signed-for service, delivered next working day if ordered before 1pm Monday–Friday. Orders after 1pm are dispatched the following working day, usually arriving in two days. Certain remote postcodes (e.g., Shetlands, Orkney, Mull) may take up to 3 working days.
• All deliveries to Northern Ireland are shipped via Evri Standard Delivery. You are responsible for collecting parcels from the depot if no one is available to sign.

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method once the returned item is inspected. Please note that pierced jewellery, masks, socks and sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
• Apricot also supports faulty or incorrect items: contact customer service or return to a standalone store, and they’ll ensure you receive a replacement or refund quickly.
• Returns from concession stores must be handled directly by the original store. With Apricot, returning or exchanging is fast, free and easy, so you can shop with confidence.
