Can I Get a No Claims Discount at AXA?
Yes, if you’ve had a policy and remained claim-free, you can earn a discount. AXA also offers a protected No Claims Discount (NCD) option, allowing you to keep your discount even if you need to make a claim. With NCD protection, you can make one claim in a year, or two claims within three years, without losing the discount. You can add NCD protection to your policy from as little as one claim-free year. You can add this as an optional extra within 30 days of starting or renewing your policy.

What Are AXA's Cancellation & Refund Policies?
You can cancel your policy within 14 days with no fees. If you cancel within this period, AXA will only charge for the days you were covered. After the 14-day period, a fee of £52.50 may apply, and there will be no refund if you’ve made a claim during the policy year. If you’ve paid for the year in full, no refund will be issued.

Does AXA Provide Monthly Instalments?
AXA offers both annual and monthly payment options. With the annual option, you pay for the full policy upfront, with no interest or fees. The monthly instalment option requires a deposit followed by monthly payments, with interest and fees charged. AXA does not accept American Express, but Visa and Mastercard are both accepted.
