  • Racing Abandonment Refunds: If racing is abandoned before the first race, a full refund is provided; if before the third race, a 50% refund is issued. Refunds must be requested within one month by post with original tickets.
  • Concert Event Changes: If a concert is cancelled due to organiser fault, a full refund including booking fees is given. For changes like venue or headline acts, only the ticket price (excluding fees) is refunded; tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event.
  • Lost Ticket Compensation: Lost tickets require repurchase on the day. After the event, used and unused tickets may be sent back for review; a refund may be granted, subject to a £5 admin fee.
  • Camping Cancellation Policy: Camping bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the entire race meeting is cancelled. If one race day is cancelled, a proportional refund may be offered (excluding full-season packages).

  • Children’s Free Admission Policy: Children under 18 are admitted free of charge to all race meetings except the Racing & Music night. They have access to all areas except the Louis Roederer Restaurant. The racecourse also offers a fairground providing fun activities for children and families at every fixture.
  • Personal Assistant Free Admission: Customers who require full-time assistance can apply for a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket, which must be used alongside a purchased Paddock Adult Admission ticket. Applicants must provide supporting documentation (such as Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Access Card). Once approved, the Personal Assistant ticket is issued as an e-ticket to the booking email.
