When Can I Expect My First Craftiosity Box?
Craftiosity creates each craft kit to order. When you subscribe at any time during the month, your first box will be posted around the 7th of the following month, with delivery expected approximately 3 working days later.
Example: If you join in January, your first box is posted around 7th February, and then each subsequent kit arrives around the 7th of every month.
If you subscribe in the first week of the month, it is possible that two payments may be taken before your first kit arrives. This happens because your kit is being produced in advance for the next monthly cycle. If you have questions about when your kit will arrive or the status of your subscription, the Craftiosity team is always happy to help. Rest assured—you will always receive all the kits you’ve paid for.

Each Craftiosity box includes:

When Can I Expect Delivery at Craftiosity?
For Gift Subscriptions:
You can purchase a Gift Subscription at any time. Once you buy, Craftiosity will automatically send you a digital voucher—ready to gift to your favourite crafter.
The gift subscription starts immediately, and Craftiosity will post the first box right away. Delivery is typically expected within 2–3 working days. Future boxes will then be dispatched on the 7th of each following month.

For Regular Subscriptions:
Craftiosity produces each limited-edition craft kit to order. When you subscribe during any calendar month, your first box will be posted around the 7th of the following month, arriving around 2–3 working days later via Royal Mail.
Example: If you subscribe in January, your first box is posted around 7th February, and then you’ll receive future boxes around the 7th of every month.

Where Does Craftiosity Deliver To?
Craftiosity delivers to the following destinations:

• UK — Postage included in the subscription cost.
  
• EU — An additional £5.65 per box.
  
• New Zealand & Australia — An additional £11.10 per box.
  

International orders outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, which typically delivers in 6–7 working days. Craftiosity does not currently ship to the US or Canada. If your country does not appear at checkout, you can contact the team and they will assist where possible.

What’s the Craftiosity's Returns Policy?
Subscriptions:
Because monthly subscription boxes are custom-made to order, Craftiosity is unable to accept returns for these items. However, upcoming projects are announced in advance, and you can easily skip any kit you’re not interested in through your customer portal. You may also cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.

Immediately Available Kits:
If you purchase an immediately available kit—one of their past projects—they do accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. The kit must be in its original condition.
Just contact Craftiosity within the 14-day window, and they will provide the return address. After notifying them, you’ll have 14 days to return the item. Always keep proof of postage. Once the item is received safely, they will issue a refund for the box.

Gift Vouchers:
If a gift voucher has not been activated within 14 days of purchase—or before the end of the month in which it was bought (whichever is sooner)—you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation. After this period, they cannot issue a refund for gift vouchers that have already been activated or for the first kit that is already being produced to order.
