Does Cardfactory offer Free Delivery?
Yes, Cardfactory offers multiple options for free delivery:

• Click & Collect: Free delivery is available on orders over £15. If your Click & Collect order is less than £15, a £3.99 delivery charge applies. Eligibility for Click & Collect is noted on the product page, and only qualifying products are eligible for free delivery to participating stores. Some items, such as helium canisters, balloon arches, and personalised gifts, are not available for Click & Collect and will require a home delivery charge.
• Balloon Bouquets: Enjoy free delivery on selected 5 balloon bouquets when choosing Next Day Delivery at checkout. If you add additional items to your basket, a delivery charge will apply to those items.
• Balloon & Chocolate Bouquets: Selected balloon & chocolate bouquets and 3 balloon bouquets also come with free delivery if you select First Class Tracked Express Delivery at checkout. Again, any additional items added to your basket will incur a delivery charge.
• Nominated Day Delivery: Free nominated day delivery is available for selected bubblegum balloons and flowers bouquets & plants. To qualify, choose the nominated delivery day on the product page. Additional items added to your basket may have a delivery charge applied.

Cardfactory offers a 10% discount for students and graduates on various items. Simply verify your status through Student Beans to claim your exclusive discount and enjoy savings on your next purchase.

What Is the Cardfactory Returns Policy?
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at your own cost. Once your return is received, Cardfactory will issue a full refund for your items and shipping, where applicable. However, perishable items like helium balloons, chocolates, and personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.

Is there a Cardfactory discount code or special offer?
Currently, there is no card factory promo code available. However, Cardfactory offers a special colleague discount of 25% off, exclusive to employees on the Cardfactory payroll. This offer is not available to family and friends of colleagues.
