If you receive an item(s) that you are unsatisfied with, whether it be the colour, shape or length, they will offer you an exchange or your money back. Their full return period is 28 days! Goddiva offer free returns for UK customers, international customers must pay to return their orders.

• Items must be sent back within 28 days of receipt

• Items must be in an unworn condition with all original labels attached.

• Swimwear, underwear, pierced jewellery, skin care, hair care & makeup are non-refundable for hygiene reasons

• Shoes must be tried indoors and must not show any signs of any wear.

• Any items which have been washed or have been altered in any way will not be accepted.

• Items bought from different brands MUST be returned to the correct brand using individual returns labels. Failure to do so will cause a delay in your refund/exchange and may incur an admin fee of £3.

Every one of us is different, and at Goddiva they think that makes every one of us special. But it can make shopping for the perfect outfit a bit hit-and-miss! 

• Goddiva are only able to alter the length of your dress or jumpsuit. Alterations to the bust/waist/hip measurements are not available at this time

• Products to be altered should be returned via standard delivery at your cost

• Goddiva will alter your outfit free of charge and deliver back free of charge via standard delivery

• Delivery will take up to 7-14 days from the date of the receipt of the garment

• Offer does not apply to sale items

• Once an alteration is made Goddiva cannot accept any returns

• Unfortunately Goddiva are not able to offer alterations for products with a scalloped or high-low hem

• Only available with Goddiva, City Goddess & Danaya brands.
