Does Hobbycraft Offer Free Delivery?
Hobbycraft provides several delivery options, with many free delivery services available to help you save on shipping costs.

Standard UK Delivery
Enjoy free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £25. Most orders are delivered within 3 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland take 3-5 working days. Standard delivery times are between 8 AM and 8 PM.

UK Click & Collect
If you prefer to collect your items in person, Click & Collect is available free of charge on orders of £10 or more. If you spend less than £10, a £2 fee applies. Items must be available to purchase online in order to be collected via the Click & Collect service.
When you place your order, you can collect within 1 hour or the next working day from most stores, depending on stock availability. Please note that at select locations, including the Boucher Crescent, Inverness, and Newtownabbey stores, orders may take 3-5 working days if they are not available for collection within 1 hour.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Remember to bring either the email confirmation or order reference number along with Photo ID to pick up your items. Orders will be held for 14 days at the store before being returned.

Next Day UK Delivery
For orders over £200, you can enjoy free Next Day UK Delivery. To qualify for this service, place your order by 8 PM, and it will be delivered the following working day between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Please note: if you're ordering fabric by the metre, any order placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.

Delivery for Large Items
For large or complex items, a delivery fee of £7.95 applies. You’ll be notified during checkout if your order contains any large items. Delivery for these orders is typically within 3 working days and will also occur between 8 AM and 8 PM.

Is a Student Discount Available at Hobbycraft?
Yes! Hobbycraft offers 10% off for students in the UK. To claim your discount, simply register and verify your student status through UNiDAYS. This discount is free and available to all UK students who are verified with UNiDAYS.

The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, and it’s non-transferable. It also cannot be used to purchase gift cards, nor can it be combined with any other discounts or offers. Additionally, the discount does not apply to certain items, including electrical items (e.g., sewing machines, Cricut machines, Silhouette machines).

Does Hobbycraft Have Christmas Products?

Can I Return an Item for a Refund at Hobbycraft?
At Hobbycraft, they understand that not every crafting project turns out as planned, and sometimes things change. That’s why they offer a hassle-free return policy for all online orders:

• You can return items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  
• Pre-cut ribbons and fabrics are excluded from the returns policy, as they cannot be resold once cut.
  
• Edible items are also excluded due to date restrictions and storage conditions.
  
• Partially used gift cards cannot be returned.
  

You can return your items in-store at any Hobbycraft location, or if you ordered online, you can use their free courier return service at any return point. Once Hobbycraft receives your return, they will process your refund and credit the original payment method within 14 working days. Please note, original delivery costs are non-refundable.
