• Please be aware that cancellations during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s, or Mother’s Day) may require additional notice.

• Collection time: You can collect your flowers 1.5 hours after ordering. If you’re not picking them up on the same day, the flowers will be ready 1.5 hours after the florist opens.
• What you need: To collect your flowers, you will need your order number. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they just need the order number. If the order number is unavailable, an ID (like a driver’s license) will be required.
• Availability: Most flowers are available for Click & Collect, except for funeral tributes. The availability will be shown when you place your order.
