What is JD Williams’ return policy?
JD Williams hopes you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, you can return items to their warehouse within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with labels attached and in the original packaging. If your return arrives within the 28-day window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within five working days for card payments, while credit account refunds are processed immediately. JD Williams does not accept returns outside of the 28-day return period. Late returns may result in a late returns charge, deductions to reflect diminished value, or the issue of an eVoucher instead of a refund.
The 28-day return period begins the day after your items are delivered to your home address or collection point. Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including bespoke or personalised items, perishable goods, and items sealed for hygiene or security reasons if they have been used, unsealed, installed, or had data entered.
