Is free delivery available at Joanie Clothing?
Yes. Joanie Clothing offers free standard delivery on orders over £100.
UK Delivery Details:

• Standard Delivery – £3.95, delivered via Royal Mail within 3–5 working days. If you’re not home, your parcel may be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or you’ll receive a card with collection details.
  
• Express Delivery – Usually arrives within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail. The same delivery and safe-place options apply.
  
• Premium Next Day Delivery – Delivered via DPD on the next working day for orders placed before 3 PM (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive text updates and an estimated one-hour delivery window. You can also have your order delivered to a DPD Pick-up Shop near you.
  Please note: Non-Mainland UK areas (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Islands) are not eligible for Premium Next Day Delivery.

Is student discount available at Joanie Clothing?
Yes. Joanie Clothing offers student discounts through UNiDAYS. This offer is currently available to UK students only.

What is Joanie Clothing’s returns policy?
You can return unwanted items within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be in a new, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.

• You may use a different courier for your return, but Joanie cannot reimburse alternate postage costs.
  
• Keep your Proof of Postage receipt, as Joanie cannot be held responsible for missing returns without one.
  
• For faulty or incorrect items, contact Customer Service before returning.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of your parcel arriving at the warehouse and may take up to 5 additional days to appear in your account (longer for international orders).
Joanie currently does not offer exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Christmas Returns Extension:
Orders placed after 10th November can be returned until 12th January 2026.
UK returns incur a £3 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
