Free delivery is offered on all UK mainland orders over £400, however, excludes oversized or heavy products. If an order consists of both large and small items that total £300+ then delivery is free. Orders less than £300 incur a fixed delivery charge of £6. All standard deliveries are made using reputable courier companies (DPD & APC etc.). Next working day delivery is also an option for many in stock items where the order has been placed before 18.00hrs the previous evening. Although we use standard courier services, weekend deliveries are also available to many postcodes, although please note some remote locations may take longer.

Marks Electrical offer a nationwide installation service for major domestic electrical equipment such as American Fridge Freezers, Range Cookers, TVs 65" + etc. The majority of our installations are carried out in England & Wales, although we do cover other areas. As part of this service we undertake site surveys and carry out the installation to manufacturer standards. Additional costs apply for this service; however, having your appliance professionally installed gives you piece of mind that the product is fitted correctly and safely.

At Mark’s Electrical you can also opt to click & collect your order from our Head Office Warehouse based in Leicester. Simply add your preferred collection date to your order during checkout and complete your payment securely online. Once collected, you’re free to unpack and enjoy your new product.

All products purchased from Mark's Electrical can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. However, customers who receive a faulty or damaged item have a further 16 days to report any issues once delivered. In either case, a full refund will be issued or replacement product supplied. A Charge will be applied for Collection of Large/Bulky Items e.g. TV's, Fridges etc., usually between £100-£175 dependant upon weight/size.
