• Should you wish to return an item, meli melo are happy to offer an exchange or refund on full priced non-monogrammed goods, providing items are returned to their warehouse within 28 days of receipt and that meli melo have been notified within 14 days from when you received it.

• You have the right to cancel your order with meli melo, providing it has not yet left their warehouse and you give written notice within 24 hours of placing the order.  If your order has already been dispatched, you can follow our returns policy.

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify meli melo in writing by emailing [email protected].  meli melo will refund the full value of your order within if you notify them within 14 days from receipt of the product and meli melo receive the product back within 28 days from when you received it. If your order has already left their warehouse by the time your cancellation request is received, your refund may be less the original shipping charge.
