Standard UK Delivery takes 3–5 days and costs £3.95, or it's free when you spend over £60, with deliveries made between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Next Day Delivery is available for £5.95, or £3.95 on orders over £60, if you order by 5pm Sunday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). For Very Heavy Items like large tents or bikes, delivery takes 3–7 days and costs £19.95 due to specialist handling. Millets also delivers to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) free of charge.
What is the return policy?
Returning items to Millets is simple through their online returns portal, with options to return via Evri or Royal Mail from just £2. You can request a refund within 28 days of delivery or collection for any reason. If you need to exchange an item, this can only be done in-store. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition unless they are faulty. Purchases made in-store must also be returned to a physical store.
