The majority of the parts we sell can be purchased through our website using most major credit cards including visa, american express, discover, paypal and bank transfers. We also offer an extended return policy called "safe order" which allows you to cancel and return a part for 100 days after receiving it. Please see details regarding this service. The price of shipping varies greatly depending on location and the size/weight of the item(s) being shipped. Most large/heavy items (e.g. batteries, bumpers, etc.) are excluded from our standard shipping options and will require a separate quote. However, many smaller items (such as engine covers, air intakes, etc.) ship via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD. The cost of shipping depends on the total value of your order. For all orders under £130 there is a flat rate of £8.45 added to your final bill. However, there are no further charges for using these services. All orders totaling over £130 qualify for FREE shipping. All parcels are sent tracked and insured by default.

When shipping outside the uk mainland, shipping costs may increase due to increased handling and insurance costs. Unfortunately, we currently cannot send certain heavy/bulky items overseas (due to import/export regulations). These include batteries, bumper skins, exhaust systems, catalytic converters and fuel tanks. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether an item can be shipped to your region.

Delivery times for in stock items normally take 1-2 business days however please allow longer for rural areas. Bulky items typically take 5-7 days.

In germany you will pay the same amount for shipping regardless of how much you buy (£6.01), however prices in other european countries will depend on how much you spend. For example, switzerland could charge £20.80 whilst ireland would charge £9.90. In addition to regular shipping fees, there will often be additional surcharges applied to each item when sending abroad.

We estimate that this could add anything from £17.26 to over £88 to the overall cost of the goods, depending on where you live in europe and what you are trying to buy. Please check our website or get in touch if you want to know the exact postage costs for specific items.
