Does Park and Go Airport Parking offer Free Return? What are Park and Go Airport Parking Returns & Exchange Policy? 

  • All cancellations and amendments must be made directly through Park and Go Services, NOT via the car park providers.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected] and will take effect from the date received by Park and Go. Cancellations can only be received during office hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. No cancellations will be accepted verbally.

  • Amendments can be made by phone on 01904 379042 (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30) or by email to [email protected].

  • Park and Go will endeavour to amend a booking at short notice but no guarantees can be made outside of office hours.

  • How many payment methods can be accepted at Park and Go Airport Parking？

  • Park and Go accepts Visa, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro. Cheques cannot be accepted as payment.


Are there special facilities available for disabled passengers?

Each car park can accommodate disabled passengers, in most cases offering help with baggage etc, and offering wider parking spaces. However, Park and Go Airport Parking are not able to pre-book these spaces. You will need to contact the car parks directly for this. To obtain the number for the car parks please call their office and they will refer you to them.
