What Are the Delivery Terms at Playmobil?
Delivery is typically made within 5-7 working days after your order is accepted, and in all cases, within 30 days of order acceptance (excluding Bank Holidays in Germany and the UK). Spare parts orders may take longer—please allow up to 4 weeks due to strict safety procedures in their warehouse.
Parcels are generally shipped via UPS. For smaller orders (less than 1kg), delivery may be via Royal Mail. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, express shipping is not available at this time.

What Are Playmobil's Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Parts Policies?
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods. No reason is needed, and you won’t be penalized. However, if you cancel after receiving the items, you will need to return them at your own cost. The returned items must be in their original condition (including packaging).
Once you’ve notified Playmobil of your cancellation, any payment made will be refunded to your account within 30 days, provided the goods are returned in the condition they were delivered. Playmobil reserves the right to deduct return costs if applicable.
Returns
You may return goods within 7 working days of purchase, provided they are in original condition. If you don’t have proof of purchase, Playmobil may offer a credit note or an exchange for goods of equal value.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or your order is incomplete, you must notify Playmobil within 10 working days of delivery.
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, please notify Playmobil within 40 days. Playmobil's response will include one of the following options: a refund, replacement or repair of the damaged goods, replacement of missing items.

Can I Order Replacement Parts at Playmobil?
