What is the Nebula Refund Policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. If you cancel your order, Nebula will reimburse you for all payments made, including delivery costs. The reimbursement will be processed within 14 days from when Nebula receives the returned goods, or from when you provide proof of return. You must return the goods in an unused and undamaged condition within 14 days of cancellation. If the product is opened but unused, Nebula may deduct 10% of the refund value to cover repackaging costs.

What is the Nebula Warranty Policy?
Nebula offers an extensive warranty on items sold directly by Nebula or its authorized resellers, starting from the purchase date. The warranty is only valid in the country where the item was originally purchased or shipped. If a defect occurs, the item will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model or a new item of equal value. The warranty for replacements follows the same duration as the original defective item or 3 months from the replacement, whichever is longer. The warranty becomes void if a product is fully refunded.
