Is Free Delivery Available at iRobot?
iRobot offers free shipping on all robot orders, as well as on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a £6.50 shipping fee applies. Shipping charges are automatically calculated and discounted during checkout before you finalize your order.
iRobot strives to process all orders quickly, typically within 1-2 business days, before handing them off to their trusted delivery partner, UPS. Standard shipping is available for all orders, which generally takes 3-5 business days from dispatch. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Please note that during peak periods, there may be delays of a few days.
Deliveries will be sent to the address provided at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, iRobot cannot modify your delivery address. If you're unavailable to receive your package, it will be redirected to the nearest UPS access point. Additionally, if the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.

What is Flexible Delivery at iRobot?
iRobot’s shipping partner, UPS, offers flexible delivery options through UPS My Choice.

• If you're not available during the first delivery attempt, UPS will leave a note and reroute your package to the nearest UPS access point for pick-up. You can either collect the package or request redelivery through UPS My Choice or by contacting UPS customer service.
• If the package remains uncollected for 14 days, it will be returned to iRobot, who will contact you to arrange either a reshipment or a refund. If iRobot doesn't receive a response, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

What Are iRobot’s Return Instructions?
To return a product, it must be in good condition, in its original packaging (if possible), and include all accessories.

• Securely pack the product, and include the bottom portion of the original packing slip. Retain the top portion for your records. If you don’t have the packing slip, include your order number, billing name, and address.
  
• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, and iRobot recommends using insured parcel post for returns.
  
• Keep the tracking number for your return to ensure it arrives safely at the warehouse.
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of iRobot receiving the returned product.
  
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact iRobot Customer Care within 30 days of delivery at +44 141 403 0566, providing your order number, product details, and tracking number.
  
• iRobot will assist with returns for damaged items but will not cover return shipping costs if Customer Care is not contacted.

This warranty does not cover batteries, accessories, or consumables like filters, brushes, or cleaning solutions. It also does not apply in cases of wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty will be voided if the product’s serial number is removed or altered.
