Is a disabled discount available at Pharmacy2U?
Pharmacy2U has partnered with Purpl, a dedicated money-saving platform for people living with disabilities or long-term health conditions. Eligible customers can enjoy 10% off all orders, as well as 10% off online consultations.
Please note that exclusions apply. The discount is valid for one use only and cannot be combined with other voucher codes. It is available to UK customers only. Online consultation discounts apply to patients using the Online Doctor Weight Loss service, and all orders must be placed through the Online Doctor platform. Products will be dispatched once approved by a doctor.

Can I get a discount if I refer a friend at Pharmacy2U?
Pharmacy2U’s Refer-a-Friend programme allows you to earn rewards by sharing your referral link with friends or family. When your friend completes their first successful Online Doctor consultation of £99 or more, you’ll receive £50 in account credit.
Your credit will appear in your Pharmacy2U account within 24 hours of your friend’s consultation being completed. You can earn up to 10 referral credits, with a maximum total value of £500. Credits expire after 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash. Referral links should not be shared publicly and must only be sent to friends or family members.

Does Pharmacy2U provide free delivery? What is their delivery policy?
Pharmacy2U offers free delivery on orders over £30, with a range of delivery options to suit different needs:

EVRI UK Tracked 48-Hour Delivery
This standard service costs £2.99, or is free on orders over £30. Orders are delivered within two working days from dispatch, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed before 8pm from Sunday to Friday may qualify for same-day dispatch.

EVRI UK Tracked 24-Hour Delivery
This next working day service costs £5.09. Orders placed before 8pm Sunday to Friday are delivered the following day. Weekend orders are delivered on Monday, with deliveries taking place Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

EVRI Click & Collect Tracked 48-Hour Delivery
Available for £3.00, or free on orders over £30. Orders are delivered within two working days to your chosen collection point. You’ll have 10 days to collect your order before it is returned and refunded.

EVRI Click & Collect Tracked 24-Hour Delivery
This next-day Click & Collect service costs £3.49. Orders placed before 8pm Sunday to Friday are delivered the next working day. Orders must be collected within 10 days.

Third-Party Supplied Pet Health Products
These items are dispatched within two working days and are delivered Monday to Friday. Delivery is free on orders over £30, or £2.99 for orders under £30.

All orders include tracking, and confirmation emails are sent once items are dispatched.

What is Pharmacy2U’s returns and refunds policy?
Pharmacy2U understands that you may occasionally need to return an item. If you wish to do so, you must notify them within 14 days of delivery, followed by another 14 days to return the item, giving a total return window of 28 days. Refunds may be refused if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or show signs of damage. Exchanges are not available.

Please note that returns are not accepted for certain items unless they are faulty or damaged, including perishable products, baby milk, unsealed hygiene items, prescription medicines, and NHS-supplied products. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days, though it may take up to 30 days for funds to appear in your account.

What payment methods can I use at Pharmacy2U?
Pharmacy2U accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with flexible payment options such as PayPal Pay in 3, allowing you to spread the cost over three interest-free instalments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available for fast and secure checkout.

What should I do if my Pharmacy2U's promotional code doesn’t work?
If your promotional code isn’t working, check that it hasn’t expired, meets the required spend threshold, and is valid for the products in your basket. Try copying and pasting the code directly at checkout. If issues persist, contact Pharmacy2U’s customer care team or the partner who provided the code.

Can I recycle electrical items with Pharmacy2U?
Pharmacy2U offers a free electrical recycling service. When you purchase a new electrical or electronic item, they will collect your old like-for-like product at no extra cost, ensuring it is recycled responsibly.
