How to cancel my reservation at SIXT?
You can easily cancel or change your booking on your customer account or by calling reservations team on +44 (0) 207 0188 246.
If you have made a prepaid reservation you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be up to the first 3 days of the rental rate. If the rental is less than 3 days, it will be the full rental.
Cancellations can be made at any point prior to the start of the rental. Please note if a prepaid reservation is not cancelled prior to the start time and then not collected, the rental amount will still be charged to the customer in full.
How much will the congestion charge cost?
It depends on when you pay:
The congestion charge is £15 per day, whether you pay in advance or on the same day.
The congestion charge is £17.50, if you pay by midnight 12.00am of the third charging day after travel. If you fail to pay by midnight of the third day, you'll receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

Even if your vehicle is exempt from the congestion charge, it must still be registered.
What type of SIXT Express Cards are available and what benefits do they have?
There is the initial SIXT Express Card and also available are the Gold, Platinum or Diamond Cards.
A Gold SIXT Card has the same benefits as the SIXT Express card and you will receive a discount of up to 10% on the online rates (except for special offers). You can obtain a Gold SIXT Card as a 'frequent driver' (in the UK this is 5 rentals in a 12-month period) or if you have a certain membership status with an Airline or Hotel chain.
A Platinum Card has the same benefits as the Express card and you will be entitled to a discount of up to 15% on the online rates (except for special offers) and a free upgrade (subject to availability).
You can obtain a Platinum Card as a 'frequent driver', within a 12-month period where: After 10 rentals in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, UK or USA = You should automatically be upgraded to a Platinum Card. After 20 rentals in Austria, Germany or Switzerland = You should automatically be upgraded to a Platinum Card.
The Diamond Card is by invitation only. It has the same benefits as the Express card and you will be entitled to a discount of up to 20% on the online rates (except for special offers) and a double upgrade (subject to availability).
