Can I return my order to Freemans?

You can return most items to Freemans within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

• For Christmas orders, the extended returns deadline is 8 January 2026.
• You also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them within a further 14 days.
• To return an item, log in to My Account, select Return an item, choose the products and provide a reason. You can drop off at an Evri Parcelshop or locker or arrange a home or work collection.
• Freemans provides a prepaid Evri label for eligible returns in the UK, so you do not pay for postage. If your item cannot be returned online, contact Customer Service for assistance.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit account, debit/credit card) and usually appear within 7–10 days of Freemans receiving your return. Returned items on a credit account appear on your next statement.
• Some items cannot be returned unless faulty, including personalised items, hygiene-sealed products once opened, perishables and opened sealed electronics or beauty products.
• Exchanges are not offered, but you can return an item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.

• Standard Delivery costs £1.49 and typically takes 2–5 working days, operating Monday to Saturday 8am–8pm and Sunday 10am–5pm.
• Next Day Delivery is £5.99 for eligible items ordered before 11pm (Monday–Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays), though it’s not available for Northern Ireland or remote areas.
• Stated Day Delivery, also £5.99, allows you to select a convenient date up to 7 days in advance, with the same area restrictions.
• Larger or electrical items have a delivery charge of £15, with exact costs listed in the product description under “Delivery Details.”

For Christmas, smaller items with Next Day Delivery must be ordered by 11pm on 23rd December, and standard delivery items by 5pm on 21st December. Returns for Christmas orders are accepted until 9th January.

All deliveries require someone to be at the property to receive the item, and for first-time credit account orders, the delivery must go to the home address for security. Subsequent orders can be sent to an alternate address entered at checkout. You can request parcels to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor, or delivered to a ParcelShop via Evri, but first orders cannot use these alternatives.

Real-time tracking is available through the Evri App, where you can monitor your parcel, redirect it, or share tracking info with someone you trust. For larger furniture or appliances, you’ll be contacted to schedule a suitable delivery date, and self-assembly items will not be assembled by drivers. Please inspect deliveries within 24 hours and contact Freemans immediately if there are issues.
