Can I Get Free Delivery at the Tory Burch Online Store?

What Is Tory Burch's Return & Refund Policy?
Tory Burch gladly accepts returns on new, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are accompanied by a receipt. The return is free of charge. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This process may take a few days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For items purchased in November through the 7th of December, Tory Burch offers an extended return window, allowing exchanges or full refunds up until January 7, 2025. Items purchased outside this window are subject to the standard 30-day return policy.

Retail Store Return Policy
In Tory Burch retail stores, new and unused merchandise can be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Items that have been altered, monogrammed, or are marked as final sale (including sale merchandise) are not eligible for return.

Returns for Items Purchased with a Gift Card
If you return an item purchased with a gift card, you’ll receive a refund in the form of an eGift card, which will be emailed to you after the return is processed.

Paypal Returns and Exchanges
Returns for items purchased via PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you want to exchange the item, the refund will first be issued to PayPal, and any remaining balance will need to be paid with a credit card.

Klarna Returns and Exchanges
If you purchased your order with Klarna, it must be returned to Tory Burch’s warehouse for a refund. Klarna orders cannot be returned in-store and cannot be exchanged. Once your return is processed, Klarna will adjust your payment plan to reflect the new order total. The remaining balance will be updated from the last payment installment, working backwards.
