You must return the goods in an unused and undamaged condition within 14 days of cancellation. Nebula offers an extensive warranty on items sold directly by Nebula or its authorized resellers, starting from the purchase date. The warranty is only valid in the country where the item was originally purchased or shipped. If a defect occurs, the item will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model or a new item of equal value. The warranty for replacements follows the same duration as the original defective item or 3 months from the replacement, whichever is longer. The warranty becomes void if a product is fully refunded.
