What is VioVet’s policy for returns and refunds?

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund up to 14 calendar days after receiving the item. This applies even if you simply change your mind, and the refund will include the minimum postage costs you could have chosen at checkout. However, the return postage cost will be your responsibility. To initiate a return, you must notify VioVet of your intention to cancel within the 14-day period and return the item via recorded delivery. The item should reach VioVet within 14 days of notifying them. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, provided the item is in a resellable condition.

There are some exceptions:

• Perishable items such as temperature-controlled food or medication cannot be returned.
• Medication, including licensed and prescription items, is also non-returnable due to regulatory law.
• Items that have been opened or used, unless found to be faulty, cannot be returned.

For damaged or faulty items, you have 30 days from receiving the product to request a return and refund. If an item is returned after the 14-day period, a written explanation is required. The eligibility for a refund in these cases depends on the situation. For example, if the item was used for a period before it broke, partial compensation may be provided. In cases of delays or undelivered items, VioVet’s liability is limited to the value of the order.
