Wallis offers a 28-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If an item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, visit their Contact Us section so they can resolve the issue promptly. When preparing your return, keep the following requirements in mind:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect resaleable condition.
  
• All original labels and security ribbons must remain attached.
  
• Packaging isn’t required — simply use a non-see-through, sealable, waterproof bag or box.
