Please note: Waterford cannot deliver to Jersey, The Channel Islands, PO Box addresses, BFPOs, or secure home delivery boxes at this time. If an order is refused upon delivery, Waterford may deduct the cost of returning the items to the warehouse from your refund. In cases where an order is repeatedly not received or refused, they reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct any associated delivery charges.

• If you already received the product and Waterford has not offered collection: They will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that it has been sent back.
  
• If you have not received the product or Waterford has offered to collect it: They will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel the contract.
