BAM provides free UK standard tracked delivery on orders over £50 after any discounts or promo codes have been applied. Orders under £50 are charged a standard delivery fee of £3.95.

UK Standard Tracked Delivery
This service is delivered within 48 hours after dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, although during busy sale periods, dispatch may take an additional 2 working days. BAM partners with Royal Mail or Evri to ensure your order arrives safely.

UK Tracked Next Day Delivery
If you need your order sooner, BAM offers Next Day Tracked Delivery for £7.99, delivered by DPD. Orders must be placed before 1pm on weekdays to qualify. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will arrive on Monday, while weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday.

What is BAM’s returns and exchanges policy?
BAM offers free UK returns for peace of mind. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery using the free returns label included with your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging, and the order form should be included in the parcel. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless faulty. Customers are advised to obtain proof of posting when returning items. Once your return arrives back at the warehouse, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Refunds typically take 5–10 days to appear in your account.

The Limited Edition Ultimate Yoga Set must be returned unopened and as a full set. Size exchanges for clothing items are permitted, but items cannot be swapped for alternative styles or colours.

Gifting returns
If you’ve received a BAM item as a gift, you can exchange it by completing the “How do I return a gift?” form and sending it back with the item.

What is BAM Credit?
BAM Credit is a loyalty reward system designed to thank customers for their continued support. When you create an account, you’ll receive £5 BAM Credit to use on your next order. Credit is available to account holders only and usually appears within 10 minutes.
BAM Credit terms and conditions:
BAM Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for gift vouchers. It can be redeemed online or over the phone on most purchases, including sale items (excluding gift cards). Any items returned that were paid for with BAM Credit will be refunded back as BAM Credit.
Credit expires 6 months after being issued, unless there is activity on your account, such as placing an order or making a return, which resets the expiry period. BAM Credit is available to UK customers only, and any remaining balance will be removed if an account is closed.
