You can return items within 28 days of purchase, or within 14 days for sale items, as long as they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Ben Sherman cannot accept returns of personalised items, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — such as underwear, boxer shorts, socks that have been tried on, or swimwear without the hygiene strip.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of posting your return. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please contact customer service. After 30 days, refunds can no longer be processed.
For exchanges, place a new order for the desired item and return the unwanted one following the standard returns process.
