Balance & Expiry:

Can I return or exchange an Clarks item and what is the return policy?

Returns Window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for sale items and 28 days for full-price items. If you ordered through Klarna, you can return it in-store or via the Returns Portal.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

How to Return:

• In-Store: You can return or exchange your purchase at any Clarks store (excluding Outlet, Factory Stores, and some other exceptions). Just bring your proof of purchase and the card you used to pay.
• By Post: Return items via Returns Portal, where you’ll receive a returns label for £2.95. Exchanges are free of charge. Simply send back your items and they’ll process a refund or exchange.

Refunds: Once they receive your return, they will issue a refund to the original payment method. This can take 5-10 days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, you can return it free of charge within 28 days for full-price items, or within 14 days for sale items. Please ensure you provide proof of the issue with clear photographs of the fault.

Exchanges: You can exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product either in-store or via Returns Portal. Exchanges are free of charge.

Items Excluded from Returns: Items like Shoe Care, Accessories, Foot Gauges, and products from Clarks Outlet stores cannot be exchanged or returned through the Returns Portal.
