What are the delivery charges at EMP? Can I enjoy free delivery?
EMP charges £5.49 for standard delivery. However, by joining the Backstage Club for just £9.95 per year, you’ll receive free delivery on all orders for 12 months.
EMP aims to deliver all orders within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch. You can easily track your order under the ‘Orders’ section in your EMP customer account. While they strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or if a stock issue requires holding your order.
All UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail. Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Since EMP ships parcels from Germany, it may take up to 5 working days for tracking updates to appear once the parcel reaches the UK.
For guest orders, tracking information will be sent via email once the parcel is handed to their delivery partner.

EMP offers 15% off sitewide for Blue Light Card holders. This discount is available for members of the Emergency Services, NHS, Social Care Sector, and Armed Forces.

If I’m 16–26 years old, can I get a discount at EMP?
EMP offers a 15% discount for students, apprentices, and anyone aged 16–26. Verify your eligibility with Youth Discount to claim your code and start saving.
The offer excludes books, media, tickets, Rammstein, Böhse Onkelz, Broilers, Die Toten Hosen, Feine Sahne Fischfilet, LEGO, vouchers, and items that include a donation. Minimum order value: £30.

Why is my promotional code not working at EMP?
If your promo code isn’t working, check the terms and conditions first. Possible reasons include:

• You haven’t reached the minimum order value.
  
• Your basket contains excluded items.
  
• The promotion has expired.

What is EMP’s return & refund policy?
EMP offers a 30-day return policy from the day your parcel is delivered. Backstage Club Members enjoy an extended 100-day return period. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging and labels attached.
For hygiene reasons, masks, selected jewellery, and underwear cannot be returned. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip remains intact.
Always keep proof of postage until your return is processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Purchases made with an E-gift card will be refunded to the same card for future use.
