What is Heathrow Airport Parking's cancellation policy?
Heathrow Airport Parking offers a free cancellation service, please see the details below:
- Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Refund Amount: A full refund will be given upon cancellation except the Cancellation Waiver Fee(4.99GBP) and Booking Fee if you have purchased cancellation waiver. Or your refund will be minus an 12.99GBP handling fee and any other possible additional costs (such as booking fees and additional services).
- Cancellation Requirements: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email and will be processed during business hours.
- Refund Restrictions: No refund will be given if the you cancel within 72 hours of the pick-up time.
- No-show: No refund will be given if the you are not arrive at the car park at the scheduled time or fails to catch their flight in time.
Please note: Cancellations are not possible for special or non-cancellable parking products. If you wish to shorten the parking period after the service has started, the full amount of the booking will still be required.
Can I modify my booking?
You can request an amendment to a confirmed booking by email [email protected] /, providing your booking reference number and details of the changes required. The feasibility of the amendment depends on the availability of parking lots and the resources of the service provider. That means the amendment cannot be guaranteed. Once they confirm the amendment request, you should carefully check all the confirmed booking details to ensure that the information is correct. They are not responsible if they cannot meet your amendment request or if the amendment is not completed for any reason.
How do I complain if I encounter a problem?
If you need to make a complaint, please follow the steps below:
- Immediate Feedback: If you encounter a problem, you must let them know immediately so that they have the opportunity to resolve the problem.
- Written Complaint: Within 10 days of the return date, you need to write a detailed complaint letter or email describing your problem and providing relevant information.
- Send Email: Please send your complaint to the designated customer service email address, [email protected]. Please make sure to include your order number and the specific problem in the email so that they can deal with your complaint more quickly.
Can I hold my reservation for a later date?
If your flight/trip is cancelled. You can ask them to hold your reservation for a future date. They will hold your reservation for up to 2 years and will provide it to you at the same price whenever you need parking.
