What are the H.Samuel Delivery Options?
H.Samuel offers various delivery options to suit your needs. Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £40, with a £1.99 fee for orders under that amount (Channel Islands excluded). Orders placed Monday to Thursday typically arrive within 7 days, and those placed Friday through the weekend within 8 days, excluding Sundays. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, and no signature is required for standard delivery. They also offer free same-day Click & Collect at most H.Samuel stores—place your order online by 3 pm for same-day collection. Orders placed after 3 pm will be available the following day. You’ll be notified via email when your order is ready, and you must bring order confirmation when collecting.

What is the H.Samuel Returns Policy?
You can return items to any UK H.Samuel store within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Note that purchases from outlet stores must be returned to outlet locations only. Online purchases can also be returned free of charge by post within 30 days, using the original payment method for the refund. Returns must include a completed returns form. You can print a free Royal Mail returns label from their website, or show the email at a Royal Mail office to print it there.
