Do carers need to book a ticket and can they participate in the activities?

Carers who accompany individuals needing assistance are admitted free of charge when they provide appropriate documentation, such as proof of DLA or a Carers ID and must be aged 18 or over. They are present solely to assist and are not permitted to use the inflatables for recreational purposes. There is no need to book a ticket online for the carer; simply book for the person requiring support and bring the necessary documentation on the day of the session. For safety reasons, carers must remain attentive and may only enter the inflatable areas to provide assistance.

 

What is InflateSpace’s refund or cancellation policy?

  • General Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable. However, if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, bookings may be transferred to an alternative available date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend are not eligible for rescheduling.
  • Parties and Group Bookings: Party deposits are non-refundable. If at least 7 days’ notice is given, party bookings may be transferred to a different date. Terms for larger group bookings may vary; you can review the conditions at the time of booking or contact the customer service team for clarification.
