Jacamo regularly offers promo codes. One current example is the discount code FESTV, which gives you 20% off plus free standard delivery on full-price clothing, footwear, home, and gifts, with a minimum spend of £30.

What delivery options does Jacamo offer?
Jacamo provides a range of flexible delivery options to suit different needs and budgets. New customers can review all available delivery services at checkout to see which options apply to their order.

Jacamo Unlimited Delivery – £10.99
For a one-off payment of £10.99, you can enjoy 12 months of unlimited delivery. This subscription covers standard delivery, next-day delivery, nominated-day delivery, and Click & Collect, subject to product availability. It’s ideal for regular shoppers, as choosing standard delivery just three times usually covers the cost of the subscription.

Standard Delivery – £4.99
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days and is suitable if you’re not in a hurry. BFPO delivery is also available with this option. Delivery times are based on item availability, and while every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, these cannot be guaranteed.

Next Day Delivery – £5.99
Order by 11pm Sunday to Friday to receive eligible items the next day. Orders placed on Saturday are delivered on Monday, subject to availability. This option is only available in areas covered by Jacamo’s courier and will be confirmed during checkout.

Nominated Day Delivery – £5.99
Choose a delivery date that suits you, up to 8 days in advance, including Saturdays (excluding public holidays). Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier coverage.

Click & Collect – Free over £40
Click & Collect is free on eligible orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged £4.99. You can collect your parcel from a local Evri ParcelShop, with over 6,000 locations nationwide, many offering extended opening hours. ID is required upon collection.

Next Day Click & Collect – £5.99
Order by 11pm Sunday to Friday to collect your parcel the next day from a participating Evri ParcelShop. Orders placed on Saturday are available for collection on Monday, excluding bank holidays. Notifications are sent by email and text once your parcel is ready..

Does Jacamo have a 100-night comfort guarantee?
Jacamo offers a 100-night comfort guarantee on selected mattress models. You must sleep on the mattress for at least 40 nights to allow time for adjustment. If it’s not suitable, you can exchange it for another mattress of the same size.
This guarantee is exchange only and does not include refunds. A mattress protector must be used throughout the trial period, and care instructions must be followed. Jacamo must be notified within 100 days of delivery, and only one exchange is permitted.

What is Jacamo’s return policy?
Jacamo hopes you love your order, but if not, you can return items to their warehouse within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with labels attached.
If your return is received within the 28-day period, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days for card payments and immediately for credit accounts.
Returns made outside the 28-day window are not accepted. Late returns may result in a charge, deductions for diminished value, or the issue of an eVoucher instead of a refund. The 28-day return period starts from the day after your order is delivered to your home or collection point.
