How much is delivery at La Redoute? How long does delivery take?
Delivery is FREE with the Click & Collect service via ParcelShop for orders over £60. For orders under £60, a charge of £2.99 applies. Note that Click & Collect is unavailable for furniture, electricals, and some home textiles and accessories. If the service isn't available for your order, the option won’t appear during checkout.
For Home Delivery, small and light items cost just £3.99 per order. This fee applies regardless of the number of items in your order.
For large or bulky items, delivery charges range from £9.99 to £19.99, depending on the size and weight of the items. The exact charge will be displayed during checkout.
If your order includes multiple items with different delivery charges, the highest delivery charge will apply. If La Redoute sends your order in separate parcels, you'll only pay one delivery fee.
Delivery takes 7 to 10 working days, and you'll receive an email once your order is dispatched to your local courier. You can track the status of your order at any time via My Account.

How do I make a payment at La Redoute?

• Direct Debit: Set up a Direct Debit in My Account to ensure you never miss a payment. You can choose to pay the minimum amount, the PAY IN 3 option (if available), or the full balance.
  
• Online Payment: Visit My Account, click Make a Payment, and enter your card details. La Redoute accepts Visa and Mastercard.
  
• Over the phone: Call the automated service at 033 0303 0199 and provide your La Redoute customer number and card details.
  
• Cheque: Make your cheque payable to La Redoute and include your name, address, and 9-digit customer number on the back. Please do not send cash.
  
• Bank Transfer: Make payments via direct transfer. Contact your bank using the provided account details and customer number.
  
• Post Office: Pay by cash, cheque, or card at any post office with your statement and payment slip.
  
• Bank: Pay via cash or cheque at any bank branch using the payment slip.
  

Ensure payments reach La Redoute by the date on your statement. Online payments should allow 2 working days, while payments made at banks or Post Offices may take up to 4 working days. Payments by post should be sent 7 working days in advance.
