Due to the fact that Artificial Grass is bespoke made for each customer, Nomow reserve the right to not accept returns for Artificial Grass. Any products that are not bespoke made, such as accessories or clearance rolls, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Bespoke items that are accepted for return, are subject to the following conditions:
A collection or delivery charge at a minimum of £25.
A ‘Production Fee’ which includes the cost of production and degraded stock.
This is calculated at 20% of the original order value. The item is unused.
