Returns & Exchange Policy?
- Faulty or Damaged Items: Post Buddy allows
customers to request a refund or exchange for faulty or damaged goods reported
within 30 days of receipt. You must email support with photographic evidence
showing the fault. If confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued (not
both) and return postage costs will be covered. Returned items must be sent via
‘Signed For’ delivery. The policy ensures customers are not penalized for
defects or damage during transit.
- Order Cancellations and Returns: Customers can
cancel their order up to 14 days after delivery by notifying Post Buddy via
email. Once cancelled, you have 14 more days to return the unused goods in
secure packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days after return receipt.
Return postage is not refunded unless the item is faulty.
