• Refunds are typically processed within seven working days of the return arriving at the UK warehouse, and postage is only refunded for faulty items.
• For international returns, you must cover postage costs, ensure items meet the same return criteria, complete the return form inside the order, clearly mark the parcel with the order number and “RETURNED GOODS,” and send it via a tracked and insured courier to the UK warehouse.
• For damaged or faulty items, customer care must be contacted before returning, providing order details, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the fault, as only manufacturing faults are eligible for refunds, while damage caused by customer negligence is not covered.
