What are Punch Technology Returns & Exchange Policy?
Return Policy:
Non-custom orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Commercial orders cannot be cancelled once placed. The Company must be notified in writing (email or letter) and the order number must be provided. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and the cost of return will be borne by the customer. A courier pickup can be arranged by the Company, the cost of which will depend on the size and weight of the package.
- Refund Policy: Once the returned merchandise is received, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable for returns not due to faulty merchandise.
- Specific Circumstances: Certain merchandise (such as unsealed software, opened consumables and digital downloads) are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in good packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee if the merchandise has been opened or used.
- Return Process: For suspected faulty merchandise, the customer must submit a Return Material Request (RMA) and the Company will respond with processing options within a reasonable time.
Exchange Policy:
- If the merchandise is deemed defective during the warranty period, it can be exchanged. Customers must initiate the exchange process by submitting a Return Material Request (RMA). The Company will notify the Customer of the exchange options (repair, replacement or refund) within 30 days. For items damaged or faulty due to shipping, customers may return the item at the Company's expense if the item is within the warranty period. If the item is found to be non-faulty after inspection, the customer will be responsible for the cost of pickup and re-delivery.

Does Punch Technology offer a warranty?
Yes, of course. Punch Technology's warranty policy is as follows:
- Warranty Content: A three-year limited warranty is provided for Punch brand computers purchased directly from the official website, covering defects in materials and workmanship, supplementing consumer law rights.
- Warranty Exclusions: It does not cover non-Punch brand products, software, consumable parts, cosmetic damage and damage caused by external factors.
- Claims and Liability: Proof of purchase is required to make a claim. Punch may choose to repair or replace and is not responsible for data loss and damage not caused by Punch's fault.
