What are Sitpack Returns & Exchange Policy?

• Return Policy: You must return the item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging and proof of purchase. For items shipped in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the item within 14 days without reason. Please provide the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the item has been reviewed. Please note: Certain items such as custom items, perishable items and special items are not returnable.
• Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange an item, you must first apply for a return. Once the return is approved, you need to repurchase the new item. However, if the item has a factory defect, you need to provide photos or videos and Sitpack will replace it for you free of charge.
  

Can I get Free shipping at Sitpack?
Of course. They offer free shipping within the US for orders over $100. Free worldwide shipping for orders over £76. If the amount is less than that, then the shipping cost of the order will be calculated based on the weight of the package and your location. Please note: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once the goods arrive at the destination country. Sitpack is not responsible for these charges if they are incurred and they are borne by you as the customer.
