Does EE Offer a Key Workers Discount?
EE supports key workers by offering a 20% discount on monthly airtime with selected pay monthly or SIM-only plans for:

• First responders (Police, Fire Services, Paramedics)
  
• Military/Armed Forces
  
• Healthcare professionals (including NHS staff)
  
• Teachers

Simply claim your discount when you sign up for a Flex Pay plan or SIM-only plan.

How Do I Return a Mobile Device or SIM at EE?
If you’ve bought a mobile device, SIM, or mobile broadband product from EE in the last 14 days, here’s how you can return it:

• Return by Text (Quickest Method):
  Text RETURN to 150 from your EE mobile. You’ll receive instructions and won’t need to return the SIM, but EE will cancel your upgrade or new connection.
  
• Return by Post:
  Once your return is confirmed, EE will send you a Royal Mail Special Delivery bag (silver bag). Simply pack your device, accessories, and any free gifts (turn off any security features like Find My iPhone), and post it back using the silver bag.
  If EE doesn’t receive your return within 30 days, they’ll assume you’re keeping the device, and your contract will continue.
  
• Return to an EE Store:
  If you bought your device in-store, visit the same store within 14 days with your receipt, original packaging, and all accessories. Note: In-store returns are not available for devices not in saleable condition, pay-as-you-go top-ups, EE broadband equipment, insurance services, or devices bought with a credit agreement.
  If you’ve made a credit agreement, you’ll have 14 days to return the device by texting RETURN to 150, and your old plan will resume.
  

Refund Process:
Refunds, including any deposits or upfront payments, will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. EE won’t refund any services already used, and a final bill will be issued for any usage if you're on a pay monthly plan.

How Will My Order Be Delivered at EE?

• Home Delivery:
  Phone orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and sent via DPD.
  You’ll receive delivery updates by text, including a one-hour delivery window for your package. You’ll also have the option to rearrange the delivery if needed.
  
• Pick-Up from an EE Store:
  Choose an EE store during checkout for in-store pick-up. You’ll be notified when your order is ready, and you’ll need a valid ID (passport, driving license) to collect your order.

Do Students Get Any Discount at EE?
EE is here to help with exclusive student discounts across a wide range of their products and services. Whether you need a new mobile plan, broadband, or SIM-only options, there are multiple discounts available to make your budget stretch further. These offers are available to students verified by Student Beans who are registered with a UK university. Each student can use one single-use code per person and customer account, and student offers cannot be combined with any other promotions (including cashback offers).
These discounts are available for students signing up or upgrading to a new consumer Flex Pay plan or SIM Only plan (excluding plans with annual upgrade offers or promotional SIM prices). Note that the discounts only apply to airtime charges on Flex Pay plans.
The 30% discount applies to the airtime part of your monthly plan for 24 months. After this period, your plan will revert to the regular price unless you upgrade again using a new single-use code.
For EE broadband, the student discount is available on the monthly broadband price for plans up to and including Full Fibre 1.6Gbps, when ordered through the EE website (not available in stores or contact centres). Remember, you must apply the discount at the point of purchase, as it cannot be applied retrospectively.
After 12 or 24 months, the discount will expire, and your broadband price will return to the standard out-of-contract rate unless you recontract. The student discount cannot be combined with any other offers, unless otherwise stated by EE.

Can I Get Rewards When I Download the EE App?
Yes! With the EE App, you can access exclusive rewards and offers:

Is Amazon Vouchers or Cashback Available at EE?
If you signed up for EE broadband through a website or promotional offer, you may be eligible for Amazon vouchers or cashback. Once your service is activated and you've paid your second bill, you’ll receive an email with details on how to claim your reward. Rewards must be claimed within 60 days of receiving the email. Allow up to 30 days from your claim being received for your reward to arrive.
