Does Toner Giant offer Free Return? What are Toner Giant Returns & Exchange Policy?
If you have ordered an incorrect item or have changed your mind, you have 14 days to arrange a return and the value of the goods used towards a replacement product or refunded. After this 14 day period it is possible to arrange a return, however restocking fees may apply and is at Toner Giant's discretion.
Once you have arranged a return and have a returns number, Toner Giant will provide you with a returns address. You must return items in an unopened / unused condition. Please send them via tracked delivery to avoid items being lost (customers are responsible for postage costs).
If you received your order in multiple shipments and wish to return all items, you may need to return them to multiple warehouses.
