What are the fees during the car subscription period?

  • The monthly fee includes the provision and maintenance of the car.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional costs (fuel, tolls, fines incurred during the contract etc.).
  • Pay a deposit when signing the contract and the deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned after inspection.


What is the car replacement policy？

  • For contracts of 6 months or less: You can replace the car after the contract expires and a new contract must be signed.
  • For contracts longer than 6 months: You can replace the car 6 months after the start of the contract or after the last replacement, and the new minimum contract period will apply.
  • For electric car replacement: Contracts of more than 12 months can be replaced halfway through the contract period, and contracts shorter than 12 months cannot be replaced.
  • Please note that, you may be required update registration information and new cars may be subject to some fees.

    Are there any restrictions on the use of cars?
    Yes, customers may only use the cars for personal purposes. And you cannot use the car for any commercial purpose (including but not limited to business travel, any taxi, rental car, racing or similar services), even if you are in a business. What is the insurance policy?

  • Coverage period: Starts when the car is delivered and ends at the end of the lease or up to 36 months.
  • Coverage exclusion:
    - First £500 of any claim.- Loss or liability if the driver is not in the age range (25-70 years) or approved by BMUK.
    - Unapproved foreign travel.
    - Intentional acts or driving under the influence of alcohol.
    - Vehicles not leased by BMUK.
    - Claims over 36 months.

Is there any extra cost if I want to have my car serviced?
If your car requires maintenance or service, you will be notified to take it to one of their service centers in the UK. Car maintenance is included in your monthly fee at no extra cost.
