Does Durex offer Free Return? What are Durex Returns & Exchange Policy? 

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return any product, it must be unused, returned in the state you received it (i.e. unopened) and in the original packaging.
