Personalised card orders placed before 4pm qualify for same-day dispatch, while non-personalised orders placed before 3pm will also be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off time will be dispatched the following Monday.
Free delivery is only available for single-address shipments and does not apply to orders being sent to multiple addresses within one purchase. Hallmark delivers to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery is typically sent on a 48-hour tracked service.

What is Hallmark’s returns policy?
If you need to return your order, Hallmark encourages you to contact their customer service team first to discuss your issue and arrange a refund or replacement when applicable. Items that are undamaged, unused, and still in their original packaging (including envelopes) can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, you should contact Hallmark with a clear photograph of the issue. In cases where the item needs to be returned, you will have 30 days to send it back.
