Can I collect my order from a store or does it have to be delivered?

Konditor offers free in-store collection across all locations. Orders will be ready during store opening hours, and it’s helpful to bring your order confirmation with you for faster service. This is ideal if you want to avoid delivery fees or prefer to pick up your cake personally.

How can I pay for my order at Konditor?

Payment can be made online by card at checkout or in-store with credit or debit cards. Major cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Online payments are secure and you will receive an order confirmation once your payment is processed. For telephone orders, the team can also take card payments over the phone safely.

Are there special offers on brownies or biscuits?

Konditor offers several limited-time deals. You can buy two eligible brownie boxes of 4 for £27, two brownie platters of 12 for £65 or two bags of biscuits for £15.50. All offers are subject to availability, valid to a single delivery address, cannot be used with other promotions and are non-transferable with no cash alternative.

How can I benefit from the Konditor Cake Club Loyalty Scheme?

• Join & Earn Points: Membership is free for anyone aged 16+. Earn 1 Brownie Point per £1 spent in-store, online or by phone (VAT included, delivery excluded). Some products may not qualify.
• Redeem Rewards: Use your points for Konditor rewards once you reach the minimum required. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and only one reward per transaction.
• Refer a Friend: Get 50 points for each friend who signs up and completes their first purchase. Your friend gets 150 points including sign-up bonus. Points may be withheld if misuse is suspected.

What delivery options does Konditor offer and how does it work?

• Konditor delivers across London and the UK mainland with a minimum online order of £10 (excluding delivery).
• In London, options include Standard Delivery (£7.95, 9am–5pm, Mon–Sat), Timed Delivery (£9.95, multiple time slots, Mon–Sat) and Same Day Delivery (£10.95, 1pm–5pm, Mon–Fri).
• Nationwide delivery via APC costs £5.95 and takes 1–5 working days (Mon–Sat, excluding some postcodes).
• All deliveries include tracking notifications via email or text and packaging ensures cakes, brownies and other treats arrive safely. Orders must have accurate addresses and contact details to avoid delivery issues; any re-delivery may incur a charge.
• Advance booking is recommended, especially for celebrations and not all items are available for same-day or nationwide delivery.

Are there options to pre-order cakes for special occasions?

You can place orders online or in-store well in advance for birthdays, weddings or other celebrations.

• For standard cakes, they recommend ordering at least 24 hours ahead, while personalised or deluxe cakes require 48–72 hours notice depending on the complexity. This ensures your cake is freshly prepared and ready at the requested time.
• For weddings or large celebration cakes, at least two weeks’ notice is needed to accommodate custom designs.

Does Konditor offer gift cards and can they be used online or for delivery?

Konditor gift cards are available from £10 and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used online or in-store on any products, including cakes, brownies, desserts and gifts and you don’t need to spend the full value in a single purchase—remaining credit will stay on the card.

If ordering a gift card on its own, select “Collect in Store” at checkout and your voucher code will be emailed directly to you. Gift cards can also be used for delivery orders with delivery dates selectable up to one month in advance.

Does Konditor offer free delivery?

Free delivery is available for orders over £100. This offer is valid for one single delivery address only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Like the 10% discount, this offer is non-transferable and has no cash alternative and Konditor may terminate or suspend it at any time without notice.

Can I get a discount when shopping at Konditor?

Konditor offers a 10% discount under specific conditions. This discount may be redeemed once per order for anything in the online store, for collection from store or for London or Nationwide delivery. The discount code must be entered at checkout before the final payment. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, cannot be redeemed against shipping costs and is non-transferable with no cash alternative.
