What are Nature Portfolio Returns Policy?
1. Right of return: Individual customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Oceania or Australia can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
2. Inapplicable contracts: The right of return does not apply to unblocked audio/video recordings, started digital content and newspapers and magazines other than subscription contracts.
3. Return notification and refund: You must notify Springer Nature within 14 days. The refund will be processed within 14 days. You are responsible for the return costs.
What is the payment policy?
For Nature+ Personal, they will charge your first payment immediately and you will get access to Nature+ content immediately. Nature+ Personal has a 30-day billing cycle. Depending on your renewal date, payment will be charged on the 30th day of the cycle. They will confirm this by email each time. Nature+ Enterprise is usually billed annually, but they can arrange other payment cycles upon request.
What are the subscription requirements?

4. Fourth: Individual subscription. If you are an individual, such as a researcher, engineer, doctor, professor, or student, you can subscribe to their journal content or purchase e-books or single chapters.
