• InPost Locker or Shop Drop-off: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, generate a QR code, drop off at an InPost locker or participating shop and track your parcel through the InPost app.
• Royal Mail: Pack the item(s) with your return form, attach the prepaid Royal Mail label included with your order, drop off at a Post Office and keep proof of postage. Courier collection is possible at extra cost.
• Store Returns (UK only): Take items to a Pandora store with proof of purchase. Cardholders must be present for card refunds.

Exchanges:

• Size exchanges can be made online or in-store within 30 days for full-price items and 14 days for sale items.
• Exchanges for a different product require returning the original item and placing a new order.
• Gift packaging (bag or note) is not replaced in exchanges.

Exclusions:

• Pandora Gift Cards or e-gift cards.

Lab-grown Diamonds:

• All refunds are credited to your original payment method after the items are validated. You will receive email notifications when Pandora receives your return and once the refund has been processed.
